The company offers an excellent work culture and provides diverse avenues for career development through learning programs. Additionally, they prioritize mental well-being with a dedicated program, fostering personal growth. In my five-year journey, I've gained valuable skills and knowledge, contributing to both professional and personal development.

Dislikes

Despite facing a layoff, I view it positively and appreciate the chance to prioritize work-life balance. Although job security may be a concern, I would gladly consider rejoining if the opportunity arises, recognizing the company's commitment to a balanced lifestyle.
