Hr policies needs to be improved ,hr responses are delayed almost after one month we get reaponses

free breakfast, lunch and snacks. if you have a good manager you will get to learn or else you will be on demotion list. 2 separate teams are there for there 2 products, wish that you get into the good one, you will get to learn a lot with good team members and seniors the other team is totally opposite.

Dislikes

upper management is full of scam, no hikes, no increment. pray that you don't fall in the k12 team, it has the worst management. you will be kept on degrading and won't get anything to learn. appraisals are total scam, they waste your time and energy and will only give you the worst points. free food are provided but the quality is so poor, no cafeteria, no proper work space, they have more number of employees but half seating place, people with desktop will have permanent desk, but people with laptop will have to find places to sit, the HR will not help in this matter.
