Work culture, atmosphere should be more disciplined as compared I can observe it is. Also I have observed that there are so much unsatisfactory among the colleagues. I think bank should do something to motivate them, lyk bonus, promotion etc.... for any institution to grow, it is necessary that its employees should have trust on it.

Please don't join in yes bank under any third party vendor. My entire life was ruined joining yes bank under (karky and plada) as a third party vendor. You will never have any future though your talented or experienced. This is my worst work life experience. NEVER JOIN under any third party vendor if your joining in yes bank. No future for you. They will just keep you for number counts and will never let you grow or allowed to grow since we all are under third party. My sincere request to you guys...Read More
