Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good. Give a good salary hike and bound every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Sunday allso working hours in company sites

The job is quite interesting lol stuggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
