The technology we use has been an enabler of that transparency and defined metrics. As you are aware, right from assignment of prospects/leads, to the activity - calls, tasks and results are all managed through a seamless tech driven process with little or no scope for human intervention and bias. Training and ongoing support is continuously provided to all. Our rewards, incentives and appraisals are purely based on these clearly measurable metrics. It is all too visible for politics then to play a role in favouring a non-performer. That is not possible. We are certain you have experienced it too as a user of the systems & applications we have in place to help you manage your learning, work and performance. However, if you feel otherwise or have been a witness to it, we encourage you to get in touch with HR on this. We will review and take the needed action as deemed necessary, to correct this.
