Talking to seniors or team members of cross function areas is not difficult at all as they are easy to talk. The main thing is you will get support whenever its required for work-related things.

I just had wonderful experience working at Xpheno under DH-IT team. Lots of learning and exposure in short period of time. If you are technical recruiter and you are looking to challenge yourselves you should join DH-IT business at Xpheno. Nothing so far, but yes they should look at Hybrid model as most companies are still working and operating in Hybrid model. This way they can retain more people in company specially women employees.
