Literally nothing, it's a waste of time, they will not even give you money ,very good in false promises, appraisals are of only 3 to 4% depending on how favourite you are to the boss.Good for people who are near to their retirement or want to do some part-time job, because team leaders themselves are not interested to get more work they are just interested to write blogs,books, podcast etc. That too on professionalism when they themselves don't practice it....Read More

Senior leadership team twist their policies everytime as per their wish they ask to sign a bond of 2 years if you ask for maternity leave. Nothing is systematic especially in UK Highways region, even the official feedback surveys are anonymous only on name.they come back to you to satisfy their so called ego.Its better to leave organisation than to waste your time if you are in UK highways.Favouritism is on extreme level...Read More

With the current team none. WSP as a company is good but there are some managers who are ruining the reputation by putting their ego and their growth first by making few people a sacrificial lamb by forcing them to do unethical things.

A few managements trying to show their own magic and running the culture, here one group can get an increment of 20% and other groups can get as low as 3% Hybrid policy is also not properly followed by those managements and they compelling their team to come to office everyday.
