I like only job security and colleagues are very good and supportive.

Dislikes

Rest all of the things are not good like company policies and politics. Management is very poor and they are playing with employees like they are forcing to employees to put down their paper if someone not putting down their paper then management put that employee to PIP for very short reasons and last but not the least salary issue they are not giving you full salary as per offer letter.

I dont like anything here, It’s not more like a corporate company.Its like a school.The management doesn’t know how to speak and get work. They always shout at us even if you are a good performer.They are like they are serving their client at their best by treating their employees worst

Dislikes

No work life balance and no salary and promotions for 3 years. they would force us to work 12 hours and even on saturdays too without any compensation

No matter how hardworking you are, at last all benefits goes to the person who is in favouritism list of upper management. So do your best, and don't keep any hope from upper management.

I had family medical emergency and i requested to allow WFH for a month to take care of my family. But they did not allow me for WFH and gave excuse we cannot provide the WFH for new joinee. I have been there for 3 months now i just ended my journey as i had no option available even i asked to provide hybrid model for a month. Worstcompany ever i have worked with. Projects. If ac gets closed, they will shift you to diff Project. They will not release you.

It's ijp policy is worst. It's not practical. We do have hybrid but not flexible enough. If you r not available at office on wfo day, you will have to take leave.
