Employer part of pf also deducted from salary no explanation from hr, Night shift allowance is very less almost nothing, if you missed the floor entry time by 2min direct escalation from manager same for transportation if you miss the cab I need to give logical explanation why u miss it

Overall it’s good company to work. Work life balance is good. And job security is very high.

Dislikes

Management and assets issue. Appraisal is very less annually 2 -6 percent only.

From my experience at WNS, the biggest issues were frequent layoffs, lack of job security, and rude management. It made the work environment stressful and uncertain.

Salary comes in time, work culture is good.

Dislikes

Leave policy is very bad. There is no sick leave policy. Working hours are strict. Late logins are included in our incentive criteria which is unfair specially in the process I worked for. Sometimes double pay are not paid on time when we work on National holidays , we had to raise ticket for that.

Good organization but few 20 years tenure Manager's think its their own company.. they just need some puppets who should obey them blindly... no scope for innovation and new idea.....

No Job security, If you come up with new ideas or want to make some positive changes, those 20 years tenure so called Managers and Directors will put you in bench.... few Managers just want to take retirement from WNS . They don't work neather they allow young people to grow, because of their insecurity....

Worst OJT am and mentors in lytx process, work load, can't even have a good sleep schedule, even they change the shift timings with assigning more works. This doesn't deserve any good employees.

office politics... Managers & Team lead all are mili bhgat.... All are there to target you. If you go to compain your team lead.... managers are there to save there leads.... if we compain against managers HR's are there to save Managers. No one cares employee. I like only job security and colleagues are very good and supportive.

Dislikes

Rest all of the things are not good like company policies and politics. Management is very poor and they are playing with employees like they are forcing to employees to put down their paper if someone not putting down their paper then management put that employee to PIP for very short reasons and last but not the least salary issue they are not giving you full salary as per offer letter.
