Likes

There is nothing that I like about this company. I cannot say they have a friendly environment. But some people are supportive and helpful (not the higher authority peoples).

Dislikes

There are some points, there are so many what I think I shouldn't share here. 1. Poor Management. 2. Bad behavior which doesn't expected from the higher authority to the new joiner. 3. They didn't try to understand our prooblems. 4. There is no self-development, no growth. 5. Not a good environment to work with. 6. Everyday we're facing with new problems. Even the clients don't know when we are going to visit the client premises. Even when we are calling the program manager for it, he is doing bad behavior with us. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
