Did not receive the salaries on time. Transport is very very bad disrespecting the female employees. No proper discipline of talking with employees from higher authorities.

I have to mention the rating is based on specific project where it differs to other one with in WIPRO , PRO top list would be the company policies and communication with in the company .. Cons..top list the carrier growth where mentioning the operations as a domain you find match recommendations for a role is unpredictable, only 300% would pleases than being 150% and at end u have to face more competition for a single opportunity (and again mentioning specific to operations)....Read More

1.HIKE consideration(very long) 2.The qualify for carrier jump would restrict you unless you are 12 months or 18 months with in project. 3. The shuffle within the process of the project where they say on sounds good too for beginners but for experienced such swapping from process to process would create problem in determining annuallevel appraisals where you loose half quarter just to cope with the process . Not just resilience of the employees to be checked but company should also abide to that not more than one process to be swapped within the quarter would help employee in bringing of stats for appraisal....Read More
