After working for 3.9 long years in vendor payroll under wipro, they didn't provide us any favour to be in direct payroll. After taking some bogus exam they discontinued our contract. After giving our precious 3.9 years to a company, can't we expect something from them for us? Its a very heart breaking experience.

If u are working in third party payroll, ur job security is zero.
