No exposure or visibility if employee is not very social but good in work, nill appreciation. Nil appraisals. Bringing the salary stack lower and lower every going year High position without any increment. I've seen Wipro Before Covid and After Covid. Things have changed. They are more money minded now. Brought employees from outside hence old timers left. Created GBL model hence not all the top performers in Account are being penalized by Consulting streams.
