Work culture depends on the kind of team you are part of. If you are part of old-timers but MBA folks, you are in great learning and adopt new practices and innovative thinking. However, if those old-timers are engineer folks, it is better to change the team or move to another org. Org has a highly structured process of HR policies.With regards to compensation, they are lag behind industry standards....Read More

Dislikes

Dislike- Few old-timers work in silos rather than collaboration. These same folks do all talk but not write anything on paper. Working hours were pretty bad, however, post re-org of Wipro business to geo-specific has made things slightly better.
