Company's hiring policy is not clear. They hired me as part-time faculty and after few months started pressurizing me to work full-time. Other faculties too had to face same problem. That's why I left the job.

I was hired as an IELTS trainer which was quite challenging because I had to train aspirants who wanted to go abroad for higher studies or work. I learned several new things in Winny like soft skills. Company sent me for several trainings held by BC.
