This is the worst company to work with. They make false commitments and once you join, you find out the reality. They do not even pay you on time and when you ask them they blame you and even terminate you for asking for salary. They make you work overtime in the name of "deadline". Whitevox is a terrible place to work. Management has zero kindness, zero humanity and zero compassion. They care the least about the well-being of their employees. Work culture is extremely poor and almost every employee is looking for another job. There is nothing to like about this company.

Poor work culture. Zero growth, zero learning, zero flexibility, favouritism. Most employees cry at work at least once in a week in private. The culture is cold. They see employees as slavs. No humanity. They will ask you to come to work even if you are sick or someone close to you is dying. Even the salary is not paid on time. No bonuses, no parties nothing.

I can say the working atmosphere is good, and managers are supportive because they help in difficult parts to resolve it and give new learning opportunities. I have been working here since 2022 and found lots of joy days like, birthday celebrations, funtoos Wednesday activities, and Last Friday Games day which is a more interesting part. It is a very poor company. Owners have wordt behaviour. They should be un jail for illegal practices and stealing money from employees and clients. I served my notice period and they still didn'tpay my salary and said do whateveryouwantwe will not pay. They are greedy.

They are biggest liers. The management and owners don'teven know how to talk to employees. They are rude and make derogatory remarks. They need grooming lessons. Wearing beanded clothes using apple products and driving audis make you look stupid if you buy these products with the money you stole from your ex employees. They lie about salaryand burden you with work 24/7. ALL FLUFF AND NO SUBSTANCE.

I was new to the company but in a week found a very cool clam atmosphere in the company. Seniors are very supportive and understanding. Found very good food options in the Cafeteria under the building also found so many thaila's out side office building with lots of food variety.
