Whitehat Junior has not supported us in any ways instead have kicked us out of the company as they have hired in excess and don't know what to do .

May be they should work on their strategy, when they did not have any plans about will they manage the people in excess they rather decided to just remove people and try their luck with the parent company or quit...luckily I got through the interview but to be honest a terrible company

When I joined and when it was whitehat Jr and Karan Bajaj was CEO till that time it was good and the company was focused about not just building their revenue but also taking care of well being of the employees. We used to enjoy working till the time Karan Bajaj was the CEO.

Long shift hours, not getting paid for working extra, has to work for 11 to 12 hours every day, the focused employees were the one who were management's favourite and they only got all the opportunity to grow in the company the hard working employees left whitehat or else they had been removed or asked to leave forcefully and the company started a lot of strategies wherein the employees were targetted in a way that they have to put down their papers. Like all of a sudden they came up with wfo model and informed people to report office from a certain date and if they can't they can put down their papers and that was the major reason being alone of the best performers I had to leave whitehat because due to family emergency I asked the management that I need some Benefit Of Doubt to work from home till June but didn't get any proper response from the management....Read More

For me the best part about the company is the support we get from the management to keep growing, I have been a part of several departments, never felt any negative pressure, overall it's a great experience. looking forward to more challenges to learn and grow with the company.

honestly, so far I have not experienced any negativity from the company's end, but as a suggestion, I would really appreciate if we can get all Saturdays off to spend some quality time with our kids and family.
