WFO is strict and no flexibility even if you are Temporary Ill for a week or two; strictly no WFH outside Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai. No fuel, internet, high education reimbursement/tax benefits. No team engagement or outings. Messed up hierarchy and career path. It's very hard for senior technical/analytics folks to pivot to Managerial roles. In my 12 year of exp, one of the wrost org i worked. They hired idiot managers who don't know what team is doing, you will get any thing to work which is not even your skillset. I can say toxic company now, earlier its very good. Even all benifit company stopped.many people leaving

It is best place if you join as a full time employee. If you as in contractor they do not give any opportunity. If you are FTE and have no knowledge you can just relax and enjoy If you are FTC and have sound knowledge they do not hesitate you to terminate Never join this company as FTC

Wells Fargo hires in bulk based on the signals they get from their senior leadership . They will hire you for whatever technology you are skilled with. However, once hired if you are a programmer, you can forget about coding. They have removed all the QAs, but entire work in Wells Fargo is focused on testing.So, as a coder, you willalso be doing testing only mostly then when time comes for cost-cutting, be ready to be kicked out. If you want to grow in your career and want to work on new technologies, stay away from this company, you will not learn new things and when you will be asked to leave, you’ll have hard time finding new job. Managers have no idea what is happening, why they are hired for and gets scared of their own job leading to blaming the team and some unlucky once suffers. I personally don't like anything in working with wellsfargo. Below are the changes I observer in wellsfargo 1.internet bill reimbursement amount (1180 rupees) removed. 2.Leave encashment removed 3.car lease removed 4.promation not giving at all 5.forcing people to put into pip.
