This organisation is the worst managed than any other smaller companies across the country. They lie to people in terms of the job profile. No management. The manager is selfish and dull headed. No growth. No communication. HORRIBLE

Career is in the hands of the manager . If he dislikes your face you will lose your job. No induction no training. You sink or swim your choice. Expected calls per day is 3 conveyance claim is poor. Mismanagement from top to bottom

I really liked the initial phase though job security was not there from day 1. The employees in BD role are most productive so it gives immense satisfaction when you outperform them. Opportunities for growth are good. Some of the management is good but it depends on your luck.

I was asked to come on Christmas to work though it was supposed to be a holiday, just because the last few months in the company were difficult, it did not mean that one could abuse power. I, in fact, had shared my pipeline upon my exit, but no one in the company followed up which clearly meant that management was only looking for a reason or forcing people to quit due to the poor condition of the industry after Covid. The company does not use its funds efficiently and so many people abuse power who hold high ranks. Sometimes, even girls work till late at night and nothing extra is paid to them or male staff. I have given three years of my career to this company worked 11-12 hrs a day for the company but this company doesn't appreciate the employee's efforts always create pressure on the employees.working environment is very bad no one is there listen to you. no growth in past three years. H igher management is just sitting at their homes enjoying the perks of work from home and creating pressure on the employees on the ground. Every month they create a new guideline and threshold other than sales and they used to link all these processes with the salary and incentives. They are looking only for excuses to deduct salary and incentives. Even though the incentive is also very poor. Not recommended to join at all....Read More

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. They can fire you just 2 days of joining. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
