I joined the organization as a fresher. I got an opportunity to learn lot of things in different areas of web development. The growth was both technical and personal. The 10 year journey at Webstix is something I can cherish for my life.

I worked in Webstix for 6 years and I would say it was one of the best company I've worked so far. I joined there as a fresher and from the beginning my experience here was good. I have got a lot of chances to work in different technologies like PHP, WordPress, Magento, Joomla, CodeIgniter and frontend. In terms of workload, sometimes it is normal and sometimes it is heavy like any other company. Even though you have a lot of work, you won't feel the pressure due to the people work there. Yes, they are the main reason for the growth and longevity of the company (25+ years). We are treated like a family and when we struggle they are always there for support. During my time there I also got experience to communicate with the clients through the email that is helping me now to professionally handle the clients. Salary was reasonable like a mid level company. There will be official team outing every year and there are lot of internal team outing, lunch, etc,. I worked for this company nearly 7 years. This is my first company to start my career in the IT industry. Good company to start as a fresher as well as experienced, good process and protocols in place. Managers are highly skilled to handle the work as well as team. Wide open chances are given to each individual to improve skill sets. Great work place with eco friendly culture, there is no politics in the company or between the management team.
