Just like any start up , you can do what you want. The main owner of the company is down to earth and a genuine person
As like other companies, there are few bosses who have learnt cruelty from other companies and joined webenza. So if u don't follow them then be sure mr owner will know all wrong about you. Ah they have a failed HR team. Just like puppets. I remember they forced an experienced guy to sign a reduction in salary from 8 lakhs to almost3 lakhs. No time was given for the guys to take decision. Obviously the order was from owner of the company because company was not doing well. So ask this question if you are joining this company that when will they reduce your salary and if they can give the offer letter on stamp paper. Hahaha. Else one fine morning they will reduce ur salary by 60 percentage. You may have to work day and night since it's a small company and very limited staff to complete the work. So overall if you don't have a job and u r in need of a job then do join this. But not worth for long term. It's better to find a reliable company for long term....Read More
Work is good like any start up. Projects were available. Work life balance not there as you may have to complete the work in very less time strict d. Not good for family man..not good for people with salary between 5-10 laks as any day it can be reduced.

Learning is good, rest all isn't.
Working here feels like everyone is highly busy in a sense that you'll feel that you're in a local train situation where everyone is running and adjusting, as there is way more work which leads to a conflict of priorities, not an employee centric org, no activities nothing, they don't have family health insurance plans, they don't have compoff for overtime neither do they pay extra for extra hours/days, no gift vouchers, no bonuses, no wfh parameters so basically you are in workmode for the whole day & on some of the Saturdays and Sundays under the wfh flag, work life balance is a far fetched phrase also the human resource dept is literally I mean null self awareness of how to be a liaison between top management and lower level, they get instructions & they do. I mean there was a salary cut from March with a whole new environment of panic in every known sense, they never clearly said that they will not give a reimbursement of the deducted salary and they never gave a clear timeline that when are they expecting to re-open, & on top of which they never conducted a survey of how's everyone doing infact they just kept ATL people, they're so good at poker face that most of them didn't even know that they were on their red list. We got it in writing about the whole deductions etc after many attempts of requesting to do so, favouritism is there for sure. No coffee machines so no paper disposal mugs, you have to bring your own mug and wash them once you're done with your coffee (this may be normal but I was new to this) overall (linkedIn shows a 2.4 years median tenure) but I burned out early by all of this and it hurts me to write this review....Read More
