Hey guysss, I would like to give a very positive feedback regarding this company. This is my second job. And I had a worst experience in my previous job, so I was way to scared to join this company too, but I was so surprised seeing the work culture. Everyone, specifically My Branch Manager was way too supportive. She taught me everything. And She is always there for me whenever I need any help. So, Don't worry about anything. I started working in this company 2 years back from now as a BDE. Got two promotions in two years. The company was supportive, helped me growing a lot, helped in developing my skills and increased my competent level. The team at work place is highly productive, it feels like a family. There's healthy inter Branch competition too andall the employees are cooperative to each other. The director has always focused on giving career opportunities to the employees and have supported everyone. The aura of the company makes you challenge yourself to do more better which leads to self - development and satisfaction on returns as the incentive policy is way better and flexible. The timings were normal from 10am to 7pm (Mon - Sat), there was a lunch break of 45 minutes which is rare in corporates and also an evening tea break for around 20 mins. The employees are even allowed to have tea's and snacks while working which is a good thing as an employee. Also, the company gives job security as it prepares a road map for every individual to grow and sets a plan of action for us to work in an order towards our Individual growth. Don’t think for joining this company if this is the only company left they just make employees fool by showing big picture on their salary and growth part, everything is going on this company except work, too much politics and favouring. I suggest you guys just talk to the ex employees before taking decisions over linkdlin you will get the whole picture of this company management specially about the higher management.
