This is a very bad company. They claim to be a SaaS company. In reality it's a call centre. They treat all resources like call centre employees. Their products are very bad. Don't know how investors and clients are giving money. Their products and services are really bad. Many a time employees doubt they are a front end for laundering money.

Good work culture and environment. Company gives many opportunities to develop their employees. Career growth is definitely seen in every one. Supportive team from top management to rest employees.

I don't find find anything which makes me feel that it's not worth to work here.

The culture is very toxic The entire organisation feels like you are living in North Korea. There is no freedom to eat or have tea breaks nor do they allow work from home Leaves are not approved. If you are late for more than 3-4 times a month your salary is deducted. No matter what role you join here as, you will be forced to join the sales team clearly because the current sales team is incompetent to do their jobs. You will be provided with unrealistic targets, and on not achieving those you will be yelled at, abused, pushed into self doubt, and ultimately asked to “part ways” There is no set process for anything in this organisation. The management promises guidance and support, and when it actually comes to getting help, they will leave you high and dry, and when u try to find a way around to do the job in a systematic manner, you will again be abused and yelled at. The management lives in a delusion where their employees are happy working 50+hours a week, with no benefits, no happiness at work I would urge people to join the company if you want to learn playing politics, hate your job, be unsatisfied, frustrated at work and gain no knowledge...Read More
