The team is young, approachable & welcoming this fosters a great environment for learning it is particularly advantageous for freshers. The work environment is dynamic & stimulating given the varied spectrum of clients, providing ample opportunities for growth & skill development.

Dislikes

The working environment is fast paced, some people might not be able to adapt.

- Remote work - Work with different clients

Dislikes

- The lower level employees don't get any incentives or appraisal for performance, instead it's given to the managers whose team performs the best. There is no career growth. - Salary is way below the industrial standard (considering the company claims to have onboarded top brands) - Salary is low + it gets delayed. - Managers often undervalue the unique ideas and prefer the one that they think is the best (completely ignoring what their clients want) - Managers often feel criticized if employees present better suggestions, they are very egoistic and have "know it all" attitude. - Micromanagement issues - The company doesn't give public holidays, many holidays are cancelled due to work load. (I don't recommend working here for positions like associate, intern or any lower level employee. Management is very biased and arrogant)....Read More
