There are very few things which I personally like about company, good salary, prompt on time salary, good benefits, supportive HR.

Appraisals will be given to only employees who are favorites No work satisfaction because job portal will be only given to employees who are favorites. very toxic culture. If you can roam around operations head, managers, team lead then you are good employee other you are a**h**e If yo u are joining W3 please be ready for all this otherwise I will advice this place is not for you. 1) HR dept. at Begumpet branch is terrible at the moment. There isn't a singel positive side when you are working at W3global. Management is not good. No proper training. They hire people and just ask them to give positive result.

Dislikes

At W3global no I performed exceptionally but no salary hike no appraisals. If you are a fresher don't join W3global, not a good environment. No support no help.
