Everything. Owner is dancing on cue of some stupid fellows and owner itself is a bad political. He plays politics with junior level employees. Sucha a fake company and fake people. Bad environment totally.

I was giving the interview for a developer role. however I was having less interest in development field. I openly told them and they took it very positively and hired me as project manager. It's all about the first opportunity and to start a career in IT field and many companies doesn't hire freshers. Vsky solution gave me the opportunity and I started my journey. At the beginning of my career my english was terrible. The owner himself takes the initiative and encourage their employees to learn the basics English so they can directly communicate with US clients. I started as a fresher in the organization and worked for 2.5 years, it was a good learning experience. As a beginner, you get a platform to learn and start your career with lots of exposure. Being a US-based company you get well acquainted with overseas customers; if you are in a customer-facing role like a project manager. I am ex employee of company and would confidently say that company's work culture is very good and innovative. You get chance to show up your personal skills. Your thoughts are always welcomed in forum. I have worked closely with Vikas the owner of company and he is very good as mentor. This is one of best place to work.
