I liked few of my colleagues.

In short everything, This is not a company its a joke, this is not a legal firm its an illegal firm. The owner Mr. Vijay wankhede who is not even properly educated, says he is a lawyer, there is no system in place, no management, they wont give salary on time and delay it 15-20 days. Being an HR he expects you to do work which is against HR policies. Vijay Wankhede is a fraud and he has pending case of duping money from people... would never recommend to anyone....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
