I like to work with only morning shift because, we interact with client continuously.

Dislikes

Working with 3 shifts. Life is unbalanced every month. Also, management addressed meaningless mistakes. Also, they don't against clients' rules for employees. Always work as a copy pest.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
