Hire and fire culture, JD for which they hired you can be changed and organisation forcefully asks you to resign within 6 6 months of your joining. A lady with a fancy title Global communication manager gave this flimsy reason that our requirement was different. And interestingly Visteon are after your life to get you onboard when they shortlist you. They say, we are fast paced organisation. Will make you work on plans and strategies. After getting everything done, they shows you the door. No work ethics, Top and Mid management is worst, can tell anything to anyone in any place, threaten employe to fire in each meetings, behave like construction supervisor, many good resources left putting resignation in meeting itself. Join if you want to spoil your heart and increase your BP and stress. Very toxic work culture

Company is good for learning, if you are fresher then you will get to learn lot of things here, and you will be working on multiple projects at a same time so work load will sometimes be more, talking about salary you will get as per the market standard but internal increment is very less,

Visteon should focus on salary of existing employees rather than giving more package to employees which switch from other companies to visteon.

During COVID this became the worst company , CEO told that there is cost cutting in salary of every employee because of company situation, to protect from layoffs but slowly layoff started during the salary cut !!! What an intellegent move by the CEO !!! By cutting this 20% from employees they have saved I suppose millions and the saved the company !!! Worst ideas worst HR policies .
