Hi am an optometrist i got 6 years of experience in same field but in reliance vision express i had worst experience it was really awful working with this team specially area manager at the beginning only they started treating me as floater i used to rotate in all zones of Hyderabad, there was no store fixed for me , anyhow I manageand cooperate with them but they want employees to work under pressure. I worked with other optical companies but in Visionexpress the AOM are oppressed and ruthless , I want to work for this company even though they were harsh on me but they manipulate me to leave this job or work in different stores as they say , so I finally decided to resign from Visionexpress and I won’t refer any of my colleagues or juniors to join this institution...Read More

There is nothing good in this company the AOM plays the cruel role with no mercy they actually manipulate employees and make condition so that they resign they want us to do rotations from one store to another as per there need they wont increase staff all burden on the shoulder of employees as a medical professional we optometrist have gone through worst scenario I won’t refer any one to work here...Read More
