All the members of the team including founders are easily accessible. There is an open working culture. 3. The Leaders believe in creating more future leads and hence they invest their time and coach the team members provided you must show the intent to lead. 4. The company's culture depends upon ones department & reporting manager only. Majority of the departments have a good working culture; but some of them are really toxic at times. I think one should be smart enough to dodge & pave a way to sustain. But otherwise if you are lucky enough to have a supportive reporting manager then your journey will be a cakewalk.
