Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

My managers and team leaders are from Mumbai. So they are equally treated us (I'm from east, some of my team members are from south, some of my team members are from west).

They must bring more projects.and they need to provide job security to the employees.

Worst ever organization that i have worked so far, if there are less work or having package more than 4L/A without proper reason/information they will terminate or will ask employee's tp resign, worst part is HR's doesn't have commonsense, they won't listen employee words, simply they follow TL/Manager guidelines, they will not respect employee issues, special mentioned names should be are "Ankesh Paul (Lafoot HR), Sanket Kothati (Bewakoof team lead), Ekta (B..ch Manager), no value for employee, don't consider this company even as last preference....Read More
