There is only thing, which everyone likes and that is job security. If you join this organisation then don't worry for job security, they will not terminate you, even when you made some mistake.

Dislikes

1. If you are dedicated you have to make yourself extra efforts to learn skill as there is no method to teach required skills. They did not teach the freshers and never told them about the technology they will, they just give random tasks without proper course or anything. 2. No growth, i have worked there for 3 years 6 months and there is no way of groth in that organization. Even when you perform well, you will get minimum increament. 3. This company try to cut your sallary, without providing before hand information, they will just cut sallary and then you have to ask, why my sallary is not ad i have expected it. 4. No work life, in work from home they made us to work from 9 am to 12 am and sometimes from 9am to 1 or 2 am. 5. They just cancelled our Saturday off. 6. They will call you any time any day, even when you are on a leave and ask you to do some work. 7. When you resigne from this company they will try to grab as much as money from you, like they will deduct money from your sallary for different reasons without providing any information or warning. 8. They will give you some tasks and ask for the deadline and they they will add more tasks in between and expect that the work will complete on same due date and if there is some issue then they will put it on you....Read More
