1. Very poor appraisal system of Bell curve, wherein performing staff are being rated low to accommodate persons from different categories (stars, influencers, dear ones). Compulsory forcing people in poor category and later retrenchment, without prior periodic assessments and chance for improvement, is biggest fault of this system. 2.
