1. The hiring process at the company is very smooth, consisting of only two interview rounds.It's an excellent place for college graduates and freshers to start their careers, as it provides opportunities to develop skills across various sectors. 2. On a positive note, the leave policy and working environment is good.

1. The company provides minimal support during the training period. The training modules provided are insufficient to fully understand the working process. 2. You will encounter non-supportive managers who are focused on ensuring targets are met. In the end, they may place blame on you.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
