To begin with they setup employees for failure. No expectation setting, no training, no process, but you should do great. Unless you are part of the close knit circle and spend time with them your work will not be valued. You can get fired anyday even midday at work 0 job security. This is less of an organisation more like a factory or shop.

Worst management especially the CSA management. If you're a female employee beware of the drooling manager. Won't even feel ashamed on floor to make a female employee sit beside him or even goes to an extent of making the female employee to work on the his(manager's) desktop.
