As it was my first job so I like everything over their work, team, coordination, management, celebrations and many more things which I don't remember now as it was past 3years experience.

Dislikes

Only one thing was negative which I found that the growth of every employee was very very slow and compare to it the pay was also low.

It was a good experience overall, as I worked for 1year and 4months in V Surender DVS and yes I remember this experience through all my life as it was my first job.

There are not enough words I can get to cover all the negativity which is there in the company, rude behavior of the boss, no work culture, no work life balance, no job security, no growth, more over your CVs might get rejected if you apply for any other company. The workers are also very ill mannered and talks ill about the lady staffs. The internal politics in the company is something very major and intolerable....Read More
