No boss every minute tracking.

Dislikes

All staff are below qualified or not qualified people. Mgmt won't support the manager - they can support only low class workers. Very bad culture. MD belives only one lady words i.e. Patil. Patil is offline MD of Vclear. She watches movies entire day & commands every one. MD won't listen manager words.

It's like about learning new things in dental field. Clear aligners are orthodontic appliances. No more expectations please it's like start up company in telangana.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but not on-time and career growth is better much.there is no job security at all.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
