Nothing here, in every quarter they change there rating procedures. They provide a lot of work because of which you wouldn't be able to balance you professional and personal life.

Partiality between the developers. The developer who is more into manager will be getting a great hike other wise if your efficienctly working and you doing absolutely great you won't be count....they will gonna say "This is the part of your duty, this is not extra ordinary thing which you are doing".

Got chance to work on technologies, but they keep rotating you around the skills like from node -> js -> python -> React -> son on that you will not have deep knowledge of any skill. You have to do it yourself.

Work life balance is worst, appraisal are based on utilization if you are working on internal projects also then it will affect your appraisal as utilization of internal projects are not counted. Even you will get lot of work that you manager will ask to do even officially bu utilization will not be counted and hence your appraisal will effected. you have to complete 9 hours in office even if you are working till 12 AM night. They says that it is your duty to do work at night but you must complete 9 hours in office....Read More

Great place for increment and opportunity. If you got project, you have a large number of opportunity and offers, but they will aspect to all that you continuously improve your self and do the impossible possible.

There is no work-life balance, they expect you to work all 7-days of weeks. They have always prioritised feedback from Manager, but there was never an unbiased feedback. Those who are connect or have good will improve regularly, but those who prioritise work/project/client, they suffer.
