This company is the worst place to work for. When I started, they asked me to begin work immediately, promising that the contract letter would arrive in 2-3 days, as they informed me that the person responsible for sending this email had his laptop damaged. We discussed a part-time contract initially, but when the letter arrived, they changed the terms to require 30 hours of work per week. The company had daily standups and KT sessions that lasted for hours, which I attended, but later they claimed that these standups, KT sessions and learning never counted toward working hours. This was very unprofessional. Despite completing my tasks on time, they terminated my contract only after a week, stating that I could not work on weekends. However, I had only joined the day before and had not been informed about working on weekends. The management team also refused to pay me for the week I worked for.
