Relatively good salary. Prestigious university.
Dislikes
As a graduate teaching assistant, you have to apply for a new course every term. So, it is a risk of not getting a position and it can leave you with no money for a whole term. Some courses are hard to assist, while still, you don't grow professionally, and others a really easy. It depends on a professor's organizational skills.
