Work culture is very poor in case of growth opportunities. Else, if anyone want just to do a regular job and get a salary without any growth expectations then it’s good for them. Higher management lobbying is very strong, if you want to go against any leader then nobody would support you at the ground level. Verbally everyone will be in your support. Even Human Capital people would not support you. Actually, UHG is process oriented organisation only on papers but, the reality is policies and guidelines are just the tools of higher management to use it against out of lobby people and executives. If you use the same policies and guidelines to prove your point then no one is going to listen to you, not even Human Capital. Growth opportunities are almost NIL for non-lobbying people so, still if you want to join UHG then ask for a higher package because after that there’ll be no growth. There are no policies of revival for employees who have joined UHG with low package....Read More

Lobbying system and there is no policy for employee’s revival in case they’ve joined UHG with lower packages. Nothing is free food, transport, etc. everything is chargeable to employees.

UHG is a very good organization. However, it's noida branch is full of politics and micromanagement. Few Leaders are worst and play dirty politics and revengeful. They are very biased and promote only their favorite candidates. It's very painful to see toxic work culture in such a big and renowned company in the world with policies,ethics and compliance are in place only for papers. They retaliate if you give poor vitals to managers. Although, company encourages to report if anyone faces bad things around them but there is no protection for employees if anyone retaliates and you are reporting in good faith. Some of the employees are very scared about job security or their appraisal if they raise their voice. Servant Leadership is only in the name sake in my process. Very frustrating. No job satisfaction due to stagnant in growth. There is no benchmark in giving grade to the employees. Managers are not empathetic and understanding.
