Job security is worst, after the acquisition by Heineken the firm is more keen in recruiting new guys from colleges with best in the industry salary but not at all considering the contributions of employees who are working for more than 5 or 6 years. Transfer policy is also terrible. With a short notice and without discussing with the employees they will simply transfer to remote location from their home town without giving any hike or increment as if they want the employees to quit and most of the employees had quit the job instead of accepting the transfer ....Read More

Need Advices on my career

Hi have worked for 4 companies in my 5.5 years Company 1 : 1 year 1 month Company 2: 1 year 8 months, I left my second company during 2nd covid, i lost my father so i was working way far from my family, Company 3 : i worked 1 year i got the opportunity again in beverages just wanted to move from General trade to b2b so Currently company 1.8 months , I am working in beverages, staying far from the family , now wanted to shift back to home town to look after my family, 2 companies interview i cracked but i did not get offer, I asked HR they said , Due to stability issue we kept in 2 priority Now i have an offer but they are offering 15K Less salary to current salary what should I do now, I had performed well in all my previous jobs ,

-They have great market lead in beer sector, at the same time it's pressure on production engineer's to excute and deliver production.tools like TPM is great opportunity to learn.

-hard to get support from HR, not get any support during hard times like UNION issues. -some policies are good show case in paper, but we hard to find in reality. -Even you r great performer , very difficult to get promotion.
