Just one word........ worst!!!!!

Dislikes

No salary increment, no perks and benefits, casual working culture, unusual pressure, marathi approch at all level of works, taking work 100% and giving salary 20% ...... Managers are acting like company MD and demoralise other at all levels of work.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
