worst company culture. sanand plant needs to be focus, even at senior level people left company after joining in 3-5 days. Here people so frustrated even do not wait to stay for full and final gives i-card and say to give it to HR. Please stay away from this company specially for sanand plant. Do not expect any support from HR or admin team if you stay inside company after office hours,zero focus on safety. Here safety is depends on your self only, many people in production lost finger inside machines but company do not care about anything....Read More

Uflex Chemicals Business is a Third Grade Organisation. Their attrition rate is 60 percent. They are cheats. They indulge in unsafe practices. They purchase chemicals in 4th hand packages. Gas leakages and Chemical Leakages at their plant are daily affair. They deduct your salary in first year if you take leave. They treat Management People and Workers like Trash. Transporters call purchase department people at night as they don’t have space to unload raw material trucks. Average waiting time for truck unloading is 6 days. If any officer highlights unsafe practices he is unceremoniously sacked. HR department is the most Inhuman Department. Central HR department bluffs they have annual pay hike. But pay hikes happen once in 2 years. If people resign they are promised promotion and pay hike. Quietly HR recruits other person. The person who trusted HR and stayed back is sacked. They don’t even give him his dues. If he asks dues he is insulted in most foul language. There are many instances when people are sacked on the security gate and not allowed to enter the chemicals business. Many chemicals are stored in open posing a huge fire hazard. How this chemical factory is being allowed to operate in densely populated area is a big question. If you care for your life don’t work in Uflex Chemicals Business. Company has grown multifold since its inception in 1985. They are also entering into new ventures. Company has a vision and its promoters are very active. Company is ok to work with. Good work experience can be obtained here.

Saturdays are working which is painful. Personal works get affected. Company should promote hybrid working culture which is being practiced nowadays globally. Poor work-life balance and there are almost nil or very less extra-curricular activities like indoor/outdoor games, office meet-up evening parties, outdoor fun activities etc.They should happen once in a while, if not regularly. Yeah 1 point is there they are keeping high salaried persons with them who are of no use and because of this lower level workers are suffering in getting their good increments 2 percentage system for increments is benificial for higher salary persons only not for those whose salary is below 40k
