I have found a few people and friends that is very helpful. I also learned about the eduTech company.

Dislikes

Very long working hours. We are stretched and over burdened. Also less time given to thought and content work which affects the product.

Work Details

The work life is very hectic. The company is apparently scaling and the employees are stretched thin. There is no work life balance and people stretch upto 10 hours easily at work. There is no compensation and very short deadlines for content work.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
