uFaber has given me so much, i first took classes with them to improve my English spoken skills and now that it has improved and i'm very much happy with the results i applied for a job here and i got it. It is very incredible seeing the operations on both the sides on and off screen.

The company is worse. They completely stop responding to your emails and calls I have been relieved on March 2022 and 8 May 2022 and yet I have not received any update or response from the head of HR who is Alpana, working culture is very toxic to I have been following up with them for my FNF and my salary which was supposed to becleared in the month of April but I don’t know what’s going on this is very basic it’s not something new this keeps on going they do not clear your salary or FNF and it’s pretty harsh to the employees to beg for their hard-earned money. I mean two days back I contacted Alpna who is the HR and finally she responded on my WhatsApp text and she said that drop a mail to the HR she can’t do anything so my only question is if you are the head HR and you can’t do anything so Mr Rohit who is the CEO can you please answer me who is responsible to clear the FNF salary of the employees because I’m pretty sure it’s the responsibility of the HR to look into the process because the last mail I received was from HR mentioning that I will be receiving my FNF all will be cleared by April and it’s been a quite few days all I should say month over a month and yeah have completely stopped responding to the calls which I believe is your protocol and is the process you guys follow this is not something happening first time we have the reviews and proof of ex-employees and to be honest I myself was in the marketing team so I know this all goes back end but I didn’t expect that it will happened to me so yeah it’s very clear for me now that what should I do so this is the ultimate review of my experience with Ufaber since you guys are not clearing my salary this is my honest review please don’t join the company it’s very toxic they deduct the salaries without any explanation and hence the reviews are the best way ignore all the positive reviews the are all written by the internal team itself via force basically so ignore all of them and focus on the negative -ones because that’s when you get the truth...Read More
