Lack of transparency with management. Taking decisions and follow ups are not done on time. Long time meetings for small things and no results... No proper eminities at the building

Earlier this company is too good but after merged with UBS there is no value outside it's like third company, shift allowance is also closed & promotions af now, still not sure what will going like last time Soft dollar complete process is closed which effects for all employees. Later they moved all employees to Balance sheet team moreover that process don't have any proper justification, no proper system & totally Excel, almost highlevel know Excel but still not implementing macros for sign off/apploding. Few high level guys-AVP/VPs don't have knowledge but still they are managing the process, I worked in nostro reconciliation that process I don't like much as my opinion & political issues also we have in the team, overall good but some where I didn't feel confirtsble ....Read More
