No any words for what i like in this company Nothing special to like in this company In ambition Box every rating manipulate by HR And every site related openion of company every were manipulate star rating

No work life balance Salary not on time and deduct salary No promotion insecure job There is no specialized job role. For example, I was hired as a Mining Engineer for the position of Mines Manager, but since there are no mining operations, they pressured me to handle sales and marketing—something outside my expertise. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
