One of the best company to work with, Great work life balance … in fact you can spend 2 week offs and 2 days WFH continuously. Managers are like parents, they are super cool, HR are like college senior, they listen to you and help you at any time … Great pay than most of the companies for the roles offered. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
